1. Introduction & Scope
Fluxix Systems Inc. provides AI security, threat detection, policy enforcement, and governance capabilities for software developers, engineering teams, and enterprises. Depending on deployment configuration, Fluxix operates as an inline AI gateway, a policy decision service, or a governance layer that evaluates prompts, model interactions, tool actions, and related metadata before or during execution.
2. Zero-Retention & Secret Transit Architecture
Fluxix is engineered around data minimization and zero-retention transit. Upstream provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq) are never persisted in the database; they are forwarded in-flight via headers in memory. Personal identifiers and secrets intercepted by PII Shield are redacted or masked before reaching model providers or logs.
3. Information We Collect & Process
We process account registration data, organization details, billing records via Stripe, and audit session logs as configured by the customer. Customer prompts and tool arguments are processed in real time under 1ms to enforce declarative security policies.
