These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fluxix real-time guardrails, policy studio, threat detection engines, and developer console services operated by Fluxix Systems Inc.

2. Acceptable Use of AI Gateway

Customers agree not to use the Service to circumvent legal restrictions, intentionally execute malicious payload injections, disrupt upstream LLM providers, or violate applicable AI governance standards.

3. Subscriptions & Service Availability

Fluxix offers Free and Developer tiers with documented API evaluation quotas, rate limits, and latency targets. Real-time policy evaluation operates with sub-millisecond execution benchmarks.
